I bought Mapei grout. I was supplied with good advice on which grout to use for my application. They even calculated how much I needed to do the job. Good product. They provided extra information for assistance. 

They responded quickly on my calls, mails and via Whattsup. They provided the courier reference nr. That helped to trace my parcel as I am from the Northern cape area.
