Terrazzo Overlay - Simulated Terrazzo Cementitious/Coating System

The simulated Terrazzo Flooring System offers a vibrant and contemporary finish that closely resembles real polished terrazzo flooring. This system is ideal for situations where an equivalent to a terrazzo finish is required. This system may be installed for reduced expense and within shorter timeframe.

These systems designs can be created in various blends with the capability to adjust colors and sheen. Blends are infinitely customizable and can incorporate a host of reflective and translucent aggregates to simulate a wide range of decorative terrazzo finishes. 

This Flooring System can be built in a variety of ways to suit both the requirements of the environment and the parameters of the installation. In general, the system will always consist of a primer applied before and over a new Cementitious Screeding Overlay if existing substrate so requires as art of Preparation, then coated with our Extreme Floor Coating, specialized aggregate broadcasted over 1st coating and finally coated with our Clear Epoxy-Polurethane Blend & MMA topcoat( self-levelling ) in gloss or sheen finish

The trick to our system is our Extreme Floor Coating Zero VOC broadcast coating. This material features unique technology that pulls flake down, offering incredible colour depth while highlighting reflective metallic and bright translucent aggregates.
