Application & Coverage

• Coverage Rate: 6–8 m² per liter (varies based on surface porosity and application method).
• Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour.
• Overcoating Time: 12–24 hours (depending on ambient temperature, humidity, and vapor pressure).
• Application Methods: Brush, roller, or putty knife.
• Thinning: Not recommended. Supplied completely ready for use.

How to Apply

1. Surface Preparation

• Ensure all surfaces are sound, clean, and completely dry before application.
• Remove dust, foreign material, and fungal or algae growth using Dynamite Degreaser.
• Clean heavy oil stains thoroughly using HD Degreaser and a hard brush, then rinse completely with water.
• Sand rough edges if necessary prior to applying the sealant.

2. Application Instructions

• Mixing: Always stir well with a flat paddle before use. Do not shake.
• For Brush or Roller: Apply 1 even coat of LeakSeal to ensure deep penetration. Allow to dry for 12–24 hours. Apply a 2nd coat to ensure porous surfaces are fully sealed.
• For Putty Knife: Use directly to pack cracks up to 5mm wide. Allow 12–24 hours drying time before finishing.
• Cleanup: Clean all equipment immediately after use with clean water. Do not allow the product to dry on tools.
