New Generation - Water Based - Acrylic Elastic Long Life, Roof (IBR/STeel/Cement/Tile) and Wall Coating for use with or without woven membrane for sealing of :

from water penetration.
Application Areas :
- Interior & exterior
- Cement Tiles ( New or weathered ), fibre cement sheeting( new or weathered) ,primed plaster or previously painted substrates.
- Primed Metal and Wooden Substrates.
- Flat Cement/concrete roofs & wall tops.
- Seals nail heads and roofing bolts
Spreading Rate of :
8 sqm per litre per coat - 1 x 20lt will result in a 80 sqm area covered with two coats. Coverage is dependent on the porosity and type of substrate.
Available in 5lt and 20 lt volumes.
Follow the correct guidelines i.r.o. preparation , mixing and application.
