Application Instructions

Mixing

• Stir thoroughly using a flat paddle or mechanical spindle before application

Application Methods

• Brush
• Roller
• Compressor Spray Gun

Coating System ( following primer application )

• Apply 1st coat for penetration
• Allow ±4 hours drying time
• Apply 2nd coat for full coverage
• In cold/wet conditions, allow up to 6 hours drying time

Note:
Porous surfaces may require an additional coat to prevent uneven color.

Surface Preparation

Proper preparation ensures maximum performance:

• Remove dust, grease, oil, and contaminants
• Clean using Dynamite Degreaser
• Mechanically abrade or sand existing surfaces
• Ensure surface is dry, clean, and structurally sound
• Always apply over a primer coat - unless over tiled surfaces( contact us for installability & preparation over tiled surface )

Thinning & Cleaning

• Thinning: Not recommended (max 20% Xylene if required)
• Cleaning: Use Xylene or suitable solvent cleaner immediately after use

Health & Safety

• Highly flammable – keep away from open flames
• Use in well-ventilated areas only
• Wear protective gloves, goggles, and clothing
• Avoid inhalation and skin contact
