CRYSTASEAL is a premium, high-performance integral crystalline admixture designed to transform standard concrete into a permanently waterproof, self-healing matrix . 

Formulated as an easy-to-use powder, it penetrates the capillary pore structures of concrete to block water ingress permanently from both above and below-grade applications.

Dosage & Mixing Guidelines - Standard Dosage Rate:

* Recommended Ratio: Typically dosed at 1% to 2% by weight of total cementitious material .

Critical Batching Sequence & Instructions:
To ensure thorough chemical dispersion throughout the concrete batch, strict adherence to the following sequence is mandatory :

  1. Initial Introduction: Add directly to the aggregate during the initial batching sequence (ideally while aggregate enters the mixing vessel.
  2. Timing Restriction: NEVER add at the end of the batching sequence or after cementitious ingredients are introduced . Failing to follow this can cause premature concrete stiffening or extended setting characteristics.
  3. Mixing Time: Mix concrete for a minimum of 10 minutes at normal mixing speeds after all constituents are batched .

Packaging, Storage & Limitations:

* Packaging: Supplied in durable 18 kg bags .
* Shelf Life: 1 year when stored in its original, unopened packaging away from moisture.
* Air Entrainment: Mixes may require a slight increase in air entrainer dosage to maintain target air profiles.
* Setting Times: Setting times can extend depending on your specific cement chemistry; trial mixes must be conducted locally to verify performance .
* Clean-up: Clean all batching tools and placement equipment with clean water immediately before the compound hardens.
