What was developed -
A covalently integrated epoxy | poly-siloxane | Urethane network built on Epoxy, delivering impact toughness, chemical durability, acid resistance, and long-term gloss retention beyond conventional epoxy systems.
This is an epoxy-first architecture, the siloxane is generated in situ and becomes part of the network, so there is no free silicone migration which is why we retain epoxy-level adhesion, chemical resistance, and gloss stability.
The siloxane is structural, not migratory.
We are not replacing epoxy chemistry β we are unlocking durability domains that epoxy alone cannot reach, while preserving impact resistance, chemical resistance, and appearance.
By combining the strengths of epoxy, polyurethane, and poly-siloxane technology, this system creates a tough, flexible, and long-lasting floor coating suitable for both commercial and residential applications.
