Over the past twelve publications, we've explored corrosion from many different perspectives.

Every discussion has reinforced the same engineering principle.
Infrastructure rarely fails because of one major event.
More often, it deteriorates because small warning signs are overlooked and critical engineering decisions are delayed.
The irony is that corrosion is one of the most predictable forms of asset deterioration.
Given the right environment, it will always follow the same path.
What changes is not the science, but how early we choose to act.
That's why successful asset preservation has never been about applying more paint, but about understanding the environment, selecting the appropriate protection system, preparing surfaces correctly, implementing quality-controlled application procedures and inspecting assets before deterioration accelerates.
In other words...Good engineering decisions made early will almost always outperform expensive repairs made too late.
That philosophy has guided every discussion throughout The Cost of Corrosion Series™, and it remains at the heart of everything we do.
We don't see ourselves simply as a coatings supplier, but as engineers committed to helping asset owners preserve infrastructure, extend service life and make informed decisions that reduce lifecycle costs.
